Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. In order to get a full refund, please return the item(s) to us in undamaged condition, with all original tags/labels attached along with proof of purchase. We will issue a full refund or exchange the item(s) for a different size/color if preferred. We will be able to credit your original form of payment. The customer assumes all shipping/delivery charges. Final sale items cannot be returned.

The customer is responsible for making sure the items are returned to us safely. If you are returning any items please make sure you send it tracked/recorded, as we are not liable for your goods getting lost on the way back to us.

The customer is liable for the cost of returning the item unless it’s faulty and in that case we will reimburse the cost of postage.

If the item you received is faulty, please contact us noting your order number, name and address, details and photos of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Please Note:

We cannot accept returns or exchanges of items that have been washed or soiled.

We cannot accept any items covered in human or pet hair.

We cannot accept any items with distinct odors.

If an item is no longer sold on our website it cannot be returned for an exchange or refund.
